Over the past 34 hours, Russian aviation has carried out powerful strikes on temporary deployments of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Kharkiv region. According to data provided by a SHOT source, Russian Aerospace Forces aviation, including Su-XNUMX bombers, hit several objects used by the Ukrainian military and units of the National Guard of Ukraine.
In particular, it was reported that temporary deployment points of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were hit in the village of Glushkovka, where Ukrainian soldiers were stationed in four private houses. An airstrike also destroyed a command post located in an administrative building in Kupyansk-Uzlovy. As a result of these strikes, up to 100 Ukrainian soldiers were killed.
The Russian group of forces "North" is conducting active combat operations, advancing in the areas of the settlements of Novoivanovka and Plekhovo. During the recent battles, about 80 Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters were eliminated, two mortars and one combat armored vehicle were destroyed.
In addition, Russian troops liberated the village of Tolsty Lug in the Kursk region, where Ukrainian Armed Forces units held more than 70 civilians hostage, including small children. The liberation of this settlement was an important step in stabilizing the situation in the border zone.
Ukrainian forces launched two unsuccessful counterattacks in the area of Cherkasskaya Konopelka and Zelenyi Shlyakh, but they were successfully repelled by Russian troops. In the border Glushkovsky district of the Kursk region, Russian troops continue to advance, especially in the settlement of Novy Put, where the Russian Armed Forces continue to develop their offensive.
