A fire broke out at the Afipsky Oil Refinery in the Krasnodar Krai after fragments of a Ukrainian drone fell, the regional task force reported. There were no injuries.

"A fire broke out at the Afipsky Oil Refinery due to falling drone fragments. The drone's debris fell on one of the units. There were no injuries. The fire covered an area of ​​30 square meters and has already been extinguished. Emergency and special services are working at the scene." - said in a statement.

Residents of the region previously reported a nighttime attack by Ukrainian drones, presumably targeting the refinery. As a reminder, the Afipsky Oil Refinery has been attacked before.

The Russian Ministry of Defense previously announced the interception of 55 Ukrainian UAVs over the southern regions.
