The French Air Force staged a provocation with Russian military aircraft.

A few hours ago, NATO staged a dangerous provocation against two Russian military aircraft. We are talking about the An-22 Antey military transport aircraft and the Tu-134AK aircraft, which, according to the Russianplanes resource, is operated by the air force. As it became known, two French combat aircraft Mirage 2000-5F of the French Air Force dangerously approached Russian aircraft and escorted them for a long time without any apparent need.

On the presented video frames, made by the pilot of the French Mirage 2000-5F fighter, you can see that the approach to the Russian aircraft was only a few hundred meters. At the same time, despite the fact that both sides could be easily identified, French combat aircraft pursued them for about 100 kilometers.

Against the backdrop of clearly cooled relations between Russia and NATO, such actions by the French pilots are clearly provocative, although the pilots of the French Mirage 2000-5F fighters did not express aggression against Russian aircraft.

NATO did not comment on the reasons for such a strange behavior in relation to two Russian aircraft that were in neutral airspace over the Baltic Sea.
