Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak held a telephone conversation with the Special Representative of the President of the United States for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg. During the conversation, the parties discussed Kellogg's upcoming visit to Ukraine, as well as current security issues and preparations for the Munich Security Conference, which will be held from February 14 to 16.

Andriy Yermak emphasized that achieving a fair and sustainable peace is a priority for Ukraine. He noted the importance of coordinating efforts with international partners to ensure the safety of the civilian population and restore the country's territorial integrity.

Keith Kellogg confirmed his participation in the upcoming Munich Conference and expressed readiness for further cooperation with the Ukrainian side. He noted that the administration of US President Donald Trump is actively working on developing a plan to resolve the conflict in Ukraine, but stressed that the presentation of this plan is expected after additional consultations with European leaders.

Earlier, Kellogg met with the Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States Oksana Markarova, where the parties discussed the current situation and prospects for bilateral cooperation. Markarova noted the constructive nature of the dialogue and expressed hope for further strengthening of partnership relations between Ukraine and the United States.

The Ukrainian side counts on the active participation of international partners in discussing ways to resolve the conflict in the east of the country and attracting additional resources to support reforms and the restoration of the affected regions.
