Echelon of 203-mm self-propelled guns 2S7 "Peony" spotted on the border with Ukraine

A huge train loaded with 203-mm self-propelled guns 2S7 "Peony" was spotted on the border with Ukraine.

Residents of the village of Veselaya Lopan (Belgorod Region) noticed a few days ago a huge train train, which included the transportation of 203-mm self-propelled guns 2S7 "Pion" (according to a number of assumptions, we can talk about self-propelled guns 2S7M "Malka", - ed. ). The latter are expected to reinforce units of the RF Armed Forces during the ongoing special military operation on the territory of Ukraine.

In the presented photographs taken by local residents, you can see a huge train loaded with 203-mm self-propelled guns. It is noted that the train passed through the village of Veselaya Lopan a week ago. This means that today this heavy artillery can already take part in the assault on Ukrainian positions in important areas of the front.

How many self-propelled artillery mounts 2S7 "Pion" 2S7M "Malka" were in the echelon is unknown, however, over the six months of the special military operation, such weapons have demonstrated high efficiency in suppressing the fortified positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, especially given the rather large range of strikes with these weapons .
