The supply of 37 US-made M1117 ASV armored personnel carriers to Ukraine should not only compensate the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the loss of a large number of armored vehicles, but rather provide Ukrainian troops with highly maneuverable combat vehicles. It is thanks to light armored vehicles that the Armed Forces of Ukraine usually develop a counteroffensive, making breakthroughs to further hold positions.
