Hanover Airport closed because of reports of a bomb on board a Turkish aircraft.

According to the portal Avia.pro, the incident took place the night before, while, according to information previously voiced by the German police, at the time of the Turkish passenger airliner's landing at the airport, an anonymous call was received at the control desk, and during a short conversation, the caller reported that the plane of the Turkish air carrier "Turkish Airlines" is mined.

Police officers forced the evacuation of hundreds of people from the building of the airport complex, however, as it turned out after a thorough check on board a Turkish airliner any traces of explosives or suspicious items were found.
