Gladkov clarified:

"The enemy launched a missile strike on Belgorod. No one was injured initially. The shelling caused significant damage to utility infrastructure. Emergency services are working to address the aftermath."

Furthermore, the attack damaged the windows in six apartment buildings and one private home, adding to the burden on local emergency services. Emergency crews are already on the ground, assessing the extent of the damage and ensuring the safety of residents. The governor also noted that information about other possible consequences is still being clarified, indicating that data collection is ongoing.
