In addition to areas of immediate combat, the order applies to states such as Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates. Particular attention is being paid to the need to leave Saudi Arabia, Syria, and Yemen, where the threat of terrorist attacks and rocket attacks has reached its peak.
