Russian State Duma plans to create a "black list" of pilots and air traffic controllers.

As it became known, the “black list” will include pilots and air traffic controllers who violated the rules for organizing air transportation, in particular, this will apply to pilots who consumed alcohol right before or during the flight, as well as air traffic controllers who are incompetently performing their tasks .

The facts show that last year, due to numerous violations, much more accidents could occur on air transport, and this is due to actions by the pilots of the aircraft, as well as actions by air traffic controllers.

The "black list" in case of this decision, will be closed, and it will be controlled exclusively by state bodies.
