Leningrad Region, June 6 — Avia.pro. Leningrad Region Governor Alexander Drozdenko announced the end of the air alert regime for the entire region. According to the governor's final statement on the social media platform MAX, air defense units on duty successfully destroyed 144 enemy drones during the repelling of the unprecedented attack.

The regional governor officially confirmed that a fire broke out at a facility in the Lomonosovsky District as a result of fragments from downed drones. Consequently, the temporary task force has made a preventative decision to partially evacuate local residents from the area surrounding the fire. The governor emphasized that this measure is temporary, and residents will be able to return to their homes within the next few hours, as the situation is fully under control.

According to official reports, there were no civilian casualties or injuries as a result of the massive airstrike, and no critical damage to infrastructure was reported. Drone debris was observed falling in several municipal districts of the Leningrad Region, including Luzhsky and Volosovsky. Ground damage is assessed as minor: shrapnel damage to residential building facades and broken windowpanes were reported in several populated areas.
