Voronezh News, December 9, 2025, Avia.pro. Air defense forces shot down nine drones over Voronezh and one of the region's districts overnight, according to Governor Alexander Gusev.

"Last night, air defense forces on duty detected and destroyed nine unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the skies over Voronezh and one of the region's districts. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties. A passenger car was damaged by the UAV's debris falling in the city." — Gusev wrote on his Telegram channel.

City residents had previously reported explosions in the sky, causing windows to shake. There has been no official information yet regarding the attack's target.

According to the Russian Defense Ministry, 121 Ukrainian drones were destroyed over Russian territory overnight.
