The Samara Region governor fired the head of the Kinelsky District using foul language.

Samara Region Governor Vyacheslav Fedorishchev dismissed Kinelsky District Head Yuri Zhidkov after making harsh remarks during a working visit to the district.

"Fired, *****" — the governor said, commenting on the results of the inspection.

The decision to dismiss was made following an inspection of social infrastructure facilities, including local community centers and schools. Fedorishchev noted that district authorities had failed to meet the repair and modernization targets.

The governor's behavior sparked bewilderment and condemnation from local residents, who took to social media to recommend that Fedorishchev learn to conduct dialogue.

According to the regional administration, Zhidkov had served as head of the district since 2018. There has been no official comment from him regarding his resignation.
