The Odessa port in Ukraine became the target for night strikes, as reported by the Ukrainian media. Adviser to the head of the military administration of the region, Sergei Bratchuk, said that the strikes were carried out by at least 8 Kalibr cruise missiles.

Vladimir Gundarov, a military expert and captain in the reserve, links the strikes on the port of Odessa with the supply of new weapons from Romania, which are carried out through the bridge over the Dniester. In his opinion, these actions prevent the planned "counteroffensive" of Ukraine, which is actively preparing, receiving missiles from the United States and Europe.

"The maximum deviation from the target of the Caliber cruise missiles is only five meters, which guarantees the achievement of the target and the destruction of everything located at the military facility of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," Gundarov emphasized. He also noted that in the Odessa port it was important not to hit the ships intended for loading grain, but at the same time accurately hit the weapons depots and the accumulation of military equipment.

According to Gundarov, judging by the nervous reaction of representatives of the military administration of the Odessa region, they succeeded. This confirms the effectiveness of the use of Caliber missiles and emphasizes the strategic importance of the Odessa port for Ukraine in the context of the current military conflict.
