NASA's modern technology makes it possible to create aircraft that are 75% less polluting.

According to the aviation portal Avia.pro, NASA's innovative technologies can begin to be implemented in modern aircraft construction in the next 3-4 years, while the technologies themselves are not expensive enough and therefore the actual price of "improved" aircraft will rise on average by only 7-10 %, while the environmental friendliness of the flights performed will increase significantly.

Nevertheless, NASA representatives did not disclose their new technologies, referring mainly to the fact that at least two dozen more tests are required, after which it will be possible to finally talk about the positive effect of this.
