SVO News, December 9, 2025, Avia.pro. Former advisor to the Kursk Region Governor Roman Alekhine (listed as a foreign agent) was fined 3,000 rubles for ignoring an order from Roskomnadzor. The regional judicial system's unified press service reported that the Kursk Regional Court found the blogger guilty of violating the personal data law. The order concerned removing information about an unidentified citizen from his Telegram channel, but Alekhine failed to comply.
The convicted man denies guilt, claiming he received no notification from the regulator and had no idea he needed to delete the information. Earlier, in September, the Ministry of Justice added Alekhine to the foreign agent registry. The reason for this was his reposting of materials from other "foreign agents" and, according to the agency, dissemination of false information about the actions of the Russian Armed Forces. The blogger, known for collecting humanitarian aid for the front, linked this designation to his open criticism of Governor Alexander Khinshtein.
That same month, security forces initiated an investigation following the publication of a video in which Alekhine discussed the alleged laundering of 200 million rubles in medical supplies for the front.
