Iranian forces have occupied the Minag airport in Tel Rifat and are moving tanks into the region

Iran deployed 15 tanks, armored personnel carriers, MLRS and 600 militias to northern Syria.

Iran has strengthened its presence in northern Syria, transferring additional forces controlled in the territory of the Arab Republic to the territory of the city of Tel Rifat and its environs, as well as completely taking control of the Minag airport. In fact, a whole battalion-tactical group is deployed in northern Syria, consisting of pro-Iranian militias and the Iranian military, including tanks, armored personnel carriers, multiple launch rocket systems and about 600 personnel.

According to the data provided by the source, at the moment, very significant forces of the Iranian military and militias are concentrated in Tel Rifat. Turkish resources also report this. The purpose of taking control of the Minag airport is still unknown, however, experts note that this may indicate that numerous attack drones can be deployed here, as well as tactical missile systems, the purpose of which is to be transferred to this region to counter Turkish aggression in Syria.

“The Minag airport in Tel Rifat has almost completely come under the control of the Iranian militias. Allied troops from the Iranian-backed Fourth Armored Division under the control of Mahir al-Assad came to support Minag. The support sent to the Minag area consists of 600 people, 15 tanks, infantry fighting vehicles and Grad vehicles. Iranian militias have stepped up their presence in Nubla and Zehra with reinforcements.", - reports Turkish journalist Bedrettin Belyukbashi.

Experts do not exclude that due to the concentration of pro-Iranian units in Syria, Israel can take advantage of this, justifying its new strikes by the presence of significant Iranian forces here.
