Tests of the newest American hypersonic missile AGM-183A ARRW ended in a scandal

Tests of the American hypersonic missile AGM-183A ARRW ended in a scandalous failure.

Another series of tests of the latest American hypersonic missile AGM-183A ARRW ended in scandalous failure. According to the data available to the editors of the news agency Avia.pro, during the test launch, the rocket could not confirm a single technical parameter laid down during its creation, and the test itself did not meet all flight goals.

It is known that the B-52 bomber was able to launch a rocket, after which it lay down on a pre-laid course. On this, the test was completed: the rocket engine did not work and, having flown a short distance, the rocket simply exploded. This fact is clearly weakening the reputation of the United States, especially against the background of testing the most simple aviation hypersonic missile. The circumstances are currently being investigated by experts. This makes a serious delay in the adoption of a hypersonic missile by the United States.

"This is a critical opportunity for our Air Force and we have the best team working to establish what happened and fix it so that ARRW can be delivered to our fighters as quickly as possible."- said the head of the US Air Force armaments program Heath Collins.

Judging by Collins' statement, the situation with hypersonic weapons at the moment is critical, since in fact, to date, none of the tests have been successful.
