The Soviet MiG-21 fighter is named the most reliable and successful in the world.

This conclusion was reached by experts from The National Interest, who substantiated their conclusions by saying that the Soviet military fighter MiG-21 could not only quickly and successfully pass all the required test tests, but also perfectly prove itself in battle. Despite the fact that today this model of a military aircraft is considered obsolete, it still continues to be in service with 18 of world states, including the aircraft used by the countries that are part of NATO.

The portal Avia.pro notes that for the entire production period, more than 10 thousands of aircraft of this model were built in the USSR alone, however, among other things, India, China and Czechoslovakia were also engaged in the release of MiG-21 fighters.
