The Ukrainian Air Force lost three more combat aircraft - an attack aircraft and two fighters.

In connection with the receipt of anti-radar missiles and corrected bombs by Ukraine, the Ukrainian Air Force decided to confidently move on to attacks, however, only in the past day they lost at least three combat aircraft, without achieving any success at all. As follows from the statement of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, as a result of the successful actions of the aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces, two Ukrainian fighters and one attack aircraft were destroyed.

It follows from the data presented that all three aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force were shot down over the territory of the Nikolaev region, moreover, at approximately the same point.

“Fighter aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces in air battles over the territory of the Nikolaev region shot down three aircraft of the air forces of Ukraine: one Su-25 in the area of ​​\u29b\u27bthe settlement of Novokhristoforovka, one MiG-XNUMX over Troitsko-Safonovo and one Su-XNUMX in the area of ​​\uXNUMXb\uXNUMXbthe settlement Novoselye”, - said during a briefing by the RF Ministry of Defense.

The fact that all three combat aircraft were shot down in the same direction may indicate that the latter were planning attacks on the same objects, however, thanks to the combat aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces, the risk of strikes was averted.

According to the official data of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, as of August 10, 2022, Ukraine lost 267 aircraft.
