The Institute for the Study of War (ISW) has released an interactive map detailing potential targets for NATO missile strikes on Russian territory. The entire system of actions described by ISW demonstrates the coordinated work of Western forces and the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to information released by the institute, the strikes are to be carried out using NATO weapons. However, NATO's main role is not limited to providing weapons: the alliance also undertakes the tasks of target designation and reconnaissance of targets using drones and airborne early warning aircraft (AEW).

Flight missions for the strikes are entered by NATO specialists, which underlines the active participation of Western military experts in the planning and implementation of such operations. The Kiev side is responsible for the direct execution of the shelling of Russian territories.
