Thanks to Russia, Israeli strikes against Damascus were useless.

As part of the latest Israeli attack on Damascus International Airport, only one Israeli missile launched from the Golan Heights was able to hit its target - all the rest were successfully intercepted by Syrian air defense systems or suppressed by electronic warfare systems deployed on the territory of the international air harbor.

In the video footage presented, you can see that only one Israeli missile was able to hit its target, however, presumably, we are talking only about two trucks parked, which indicates almost complete absence of any destructive effect.

According to experts, Russia played a key role in the uselessness of the IDF strike - Russian military aircraft were in the airspace of western Syria and prevented strikes, while it is likely that electronic suppression systems were also activated. This, allegedly, forced the IDF to strike from the Golan Heights, however, there is a powerful cover for Damascus in this direction and therefore most of the missiles were successfully shot down by Syrian air defenses.

Noteworthy is the fact that Israel attacked Il-76 planes that arrived from the Russian military airbase "Khmeimim", thereby endangering the lives of the Russian military, who could well be on board.
