Due to US sanctions, Turkey has to abandon a new batch of S-400 and Su-35

Due to the US sanctions imposed on Ankara, Turkey has to abandon a new batch of S-400 and Su-35 fighters.

After Washington decided to impose sanctions against Turkey for the purchase of Russian S-400 Triumph anti-aircraft missile systems, Ankara decided to think about further purchases of Russian weapons, the key of which is another set of S-400 air defense systems and Su- 35, which were supposed to replace the American F-35.

As noted by the Russian information publication "Reporter", Ankara until recently believed that the sanctions were a bluff on the part of the United States, however, now, after their introduction, the country's military-industrial complex may have rather serious economic consequences, in connection with which, the question purchases of Russian Su-35 and S-400 are highly controversial. Moreover, the sanctions imposed by the United States are a serious blow to Russia as well, since now the number of those wishing to acquire Russian weapons and fall under Washington's sanctions will significantly decrease.

“At the same time, Washington's actions are a very serious financial blow to the Russian military-industrial complex, since they close potential markets for Russian weapons systems. The Russian Foreign Ministry, represented by the head of the department, Sergei Lavrov, called the American sanctions illegal and contrary to international law. If any country has so far wanted to buy the S-400, Su-35, or any other advanced Russian-made weapon system, it will now have to think twice as it will inevitably have to face US restrictions. Therefore, the sanctions are likely to close the Turkish sky for the Russian Su-35 ", - about it сообщает Edition "Reporter".

In turn, Turkey has threatened the United States with a very serious response to the imposed sanctions, which will primarily affect the American military presence at Incirlik airbase.

Russia, as always, will reply that the US actions are unacceptable. This is where it all ends.

Well, good. We'll get more.
