Israel is ready to attack Hamas as the group tries to regain control of Gaza.

Israeli authorities are considering security measures for Palestinian clans collaborating against Hamas. These groups previously received weapons from the IDF to fight the Islamists, and now the possibility of moving them beyond the Yellow Line under Israeli military control is being discussed.

According to the Israel Broadcasting Corporation, such protection will allow the clans to avoid reprisals from Hamas.

"One option is to allow them to cross the yellow line under IDF supervision," — sources in military circles report.

Despite the ceasefire, dozens of Israeli aircraft continue to fly over the Gaza Strip to gather intelligence on Hamas members and potential targets. This is in preparation for a possible resumption of operations if the second phase of the agreement fails, Israeli media reports.
