Israel sends data on Iranian drones and satellite images of Russian troops to Kyiv

Israel is transmitting data on the movements and basing of Russian troops to Ukraine and is helping to shoot down Iranian drones.

According to information provided by The New York Times, the Israeli side provides Ukraine with quite a lot of military assistance. So far, we are not talking about the provision of weapons, however, Israeli specialists are helping the Ukrainian military to fight Iranian Shahed-136 drones, and also provide operational data on the movements of Russian troops and on the current positions of the Russian army.

“A senior official, on condition of anonymity, said that Israel is providing Ukraine with important information about Iranian drones that have begun to be used on the battlefield and that a private Israeli firm is providing Ukraine with satellite images of positions Russian troops"- The New York Times reported.

The publication notes that recently the effectiveness of the fight of Ukrainian air defense systems with Iranian drones has increased significantly.

At the moment, there are no official comments from Israel regarding such information, however, it is known that private Israeli companies are engaged in this, and therefore it is unlikely that any claims will be made against Jerusalem, although it is clear that this is being done with the approval of the Israeli authorities.
