Chechen Republic Head Ramzan Kadyrov described the Russian military's overnight operation as a comprehensive response to the recent Ukrainian drone attack on the Grozny-City complex. In his address, he listed the targets hit on Ukrainian territory.

According to Kadyrov, during the operation, military-industrial complex enterprises, large energy facilities, airfields, missile depots, air defense positions, and railway junctions were attacked.

"The response to Kyiv's latest terrorist attacks is more than comprehensive. And while Ukraine itself is reluctant to acknowledge the scale of the damage to its military-industrial infrastructure, and the media is calling last night 'hellish,' I'm reporting that there's far more to come. The Russian Ministry of Defense confirmed a massive strike using precision-guided weapons, including Kinzhal hypersonic missiles and long-range drones. The operation's targets included the enemy's military-industrial complex infrastructure and energy grids.
