Kazakhstan decided to switch from Russian weapons to Turkish ones.

The Kazakh authorities intend to conclude a major agreement with Turkey on the supply of a batch of several dozen new generation Bayraktar TB3 attack drones to the Kazakh Air Force. We are talking about a modernized version of drones, which will receive both new weapons and become more stealthy for enemy radars and air defense systems.

“Kazakhstan plans to purchase reconnaissance and strike drones manufactured by the Turkish company Baykar Makina. Instead of the Chinese UAVs Wing Loong and the proven Bayraktar TB2, Astana is preparing to purchase the latest Bayraktar TB3. If the project is implemented, Kazakhstan will become the first foreign operator of these devices "- “The Telegram” channel “Military observer” reports about this.

At the same time, Avia.pro journalists have information that Kazakhstan continues to negotiate with Turkey regarding the supply of Bayraktar TB2 attack UAVs, which obviously indicates that Kazakhstan plans to purchase both Bayraktar TB2 drones and Bayraktar drones.
