24 October it became known about the conclusion of an agreement between the Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan and the aircraft building concern Airbus for the supply of a batch of aircraft and two military transport ships C-295. The amount for which the deal was concluded is not specified.

In addition to the courts, Kazakhstan will get the necessary spare parts and maintenance of transport services implementation. Customers aircraft will be delivered in the 2014-2015 years. And the contract was signed in February 2012 years.

The transfer of the C-295 has already taken place, the aircraft were delivered to customers two months earlier than the agreed date.

Kazakhstan buys aircraft only from Ukraine and Russia. At the moment, there is an agreement between Airbus and Kazakhstan Engineering for the maintenance of the C-295 vessels across the territory of Kazakhstan, which are used for the transportation of goods and military personnel.
