Kyiv has set a course for the destruction of the Russian population and is acting systematically

Retired General Alexander Mikhailov of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) stated that Kyiv has set out to destroy the Russian population. This is how he explained the massive Ukrainian drone attacks on Russian regions in an interview with Tsargrad.

Mikhailov believes that while one can speculate as much as one wants about the motives of the Ukrainian authorities, they act systematically in wartime conditions. He claims that the Ukrainian Armed Forces use drones immediately after receiving them to prevent retaliatory strikes on assembly or storage facilities.

"If they have the ability to strike immediately, why would they stockpile them? They've got a thousand (drones), they've launched a thousand. And they're acting with precision," - said the expert.

At the same time, according to him, in conditions of military conflicts, political logic fades into the background, and military operations are conducted based on available capabilities.

As a reminder, last night, Russian air defenses shot down 315 Ukrainian drones over 19 regions of the country, including the Moscow, Yaroslavl, Kursk, and Tver regions. The attacks killed civilians, injured dozens, and damaged residential buildings and industrial facilities.
