Authorities closed the entrance to Krasnoyarsk and declared quarantine.

Residents of Krasnoyarsk published a video showing the placement of special road signs at the entrance to the city. On huge signs it is written that the entrance to the city is closed and quarantine is declared.

On the presented video frames, you can see that the information signs are installed at all the entrances to the city, although the authorities did not inform about the planned quarantine closure of the city, which caused severe panic among local residents, especially against the background of an increase in the number of patients with a new type of coronavirus.

On information signs it is written: “Entrance to Krasnoyarsk is closed. Quarantine ”, however, it should be clarified that officially the introduction of quarantine in Russian cities was not reported - the exception was only the general isolation of citizens.

So far, it remains unknown whether a similar situation applies to other large cities in the region, however, experts note that the closure of Russian cities by quarantine had the effect of an “exploding bomb” and could cause uncontrolled panic among the population, which should not be allowed.

So far, no official comments have been received from the Krasnoyarsk authorities on this subject, however, given the fact that the text is temporarily hidden on most information signs, experts believe that this is only about preparing measures for the introduction of quarantine.

According to current data, the established signs about the introduction of quarantine in Krasnoyarsk have already begun to be dismantled, while the reason for this was an incorrect interpretation by the executors of the requirements of the decree of the head of the region on the self-isolation regime, as reported by the press secretary of the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, but so far I have received direct comments from the executors failed.
