Residents report significant destruction, and authorities have already begun to assess the consequences of the strikes, which presumably targeted military and industrial infrastructure.

Simultaneously with the events in Kryvyi Rih, explosions were heard in Sumy Oblast and Mykolaiv. In Sumy, according to Ukrainian media, the attack affected border areas, where Russian forces continue to strike Ukrainian Armed Forces positions. Local residents report power outages, which may indicate that energy facilities have been hit. The situation in Mykolaiv also remains tense: the sounds of explosions were heard in different parts of the city, and the authorities confirmed the work of air defense, trying to repel the drone attack. The night strikes were part of a larger campaign in which Russian forces have been actively using Geranium kamikaze drones to strike strategic targets in Ukraine. Known for their precision and ability to penetrate air defense systems, the drones are increasingly being used to attack rear areas.
