According to sources familiar with the matter, the artist's representatives are preparing a lawsuit seeking approximately one million rubles from Polina Lurye. This claim is based on the fact that over the past year and a half, Larisa Dolina and her trusted representatives have continued to pay utility bills regularly, even though, according to a Supreme Court ruling, the property legally belonged to another party.

The crux of the dispute lies in the legal nuances of property transfer. Polina Lurye has officially owned an apartment in one of Moscow's most prestigious districts since June of last year. However, the singer has de facto lived in the premises throughout this time, continuing to bear the burden of maintaining the property, paying the bills out of her own pocket. Previously, the public learned of long-standing tax arrears on the artist's country mansion in the Moscow region, which had remained unpaid for twelve years. Larisa Dolina plans to permanently move into this luxurious home after all legal formalities are completed and the Moscow apartment is transferred to Polina Lurye.
