Lukashenko called on Moscow and Kyiv to end the “fight”

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko made a proposal to Russia and Ukraine to begin negotiations in order to end the ongoing armed conflict. According to the Belarusian leader, this “fight” does not benefit either the Ukrainian, Russian or Belarusian peoples, and only promotes the interests of certain circles, in particular, high-ranking officials of American origin.

"Let's sit down at the negotiating table and end this fight," - Lukashenko said, emphasizing that the continuation of the conflict is beneficial only to those who seek to sow discord and enmity between fraternal peoples.

He pointed to the existence of classified information according to which senior American representatives openly express a desire for the Russians and Ukrainians to continue the conflict, which, according to Lukashenko, is an attempt to destroy both peoples in this “cauldron”.

So far there has been no reaction to Lukashenko’s proposal.
