A major raid involving the FSB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, the Federal Tax Service, and utility services took place in the village of Plekhanovo in the Tula Region. According to the Telegram channel "Baza," as a result of the operation, 35 local residents were taken to the military registration and enlistment office: 22 were fined for evading conscription, and 13 were sent for medical examination.

Additionally, electricity was cut off in 43 homes due to unpaid utility bills. Twenty-four property seizures were issued for unpaid traffic fines and taxes, and five vehicles and approximately 1 million rubles were confiscated. There has been no official comment from the authorities yet.
