Deputy Minister of Education of Krasnodar Krai Sergey Uraikin found himself at the center of a scandal after his emotional visit to a volunteer center. The incident occurred against the backdrop of a video being distributed on social networks, in which complaints were voiced about the closure of the center. The irritated official arrived at the scene and gave the volunteers a harsh dressing down, not mincing words.

According to eyewitnesses, Uraykin “flew to volunteers 180,” in his own words, to reproach them for creating panic.

"You are causing panic throughout the entire country!"“ he said, addressing the audience.

His indignation was caused by a video that appeared on the Internet, which spoke about the possible closure of the center. However, the volunteers themselves claim that they had nothing to do with the creation or distribution of this video. Instead of listening to an explanation, Uraykin behaved aggressively, asking derogatory questions and swearing profusely despite his position as Deputy Minister of Education of the Krasnodar Territory:

"Are you all sane?"

The volunteers' attempts to explain that they had nothing to do with the video were to no avail. The conversation quickly turned into a monologue from an official, who accused the volunteers of incompetence and threatened to "take action" if anyone dared to film him on a phone camera.
