Medvedev emphasized that the Kiev regime, despite its dependence on Washington, deliberately struck at the assets of American companies, which have already suffered significant losses.

In response to these actions, Medvedev offered the US administration two options: either "get a painful vaccination" and observe the behavior of the "suspicious creature," or "put the sick animal to sleep" to prevent the spread of "rabies." He emphasized that the choice is up to the new US administration and the near future will show which path they will choose.
