Tehran, June 13 — Avia.pro. A major geopolitical shift has been recorded in the Middle East, where the Islamic Republic of Iran's Foreign Ministry has officially declared the end of direct military conflict with the United States of America in favor of Tehran.
According to the Iranian Foreign Minister, the interim agreement will formally declare the end of the war on all existing fronts, including Lebanon. One of the key terms of the agreement was a complete cessation of American interference in Iran's internal affairs and an end to the US blockade of the strategic Strait of Hormuz.
At the same time, the Iranian side emphasized that control of the Strait of Hormuz will not return to its pre-war status, and control over this vital transport artery will remain with Tehran. Furthermore, the agreement provides for the immediate and complete unblocking of all frozen Iranian funds in foreign accounts.
Issues related to the development and limitation of the Iranian nuclear program were excluded from the current agreements. According to official statements from the Foreign Ministry, the parties will resume discussion of the nuclear dossier only at a later stage of the negotiation process.
