Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Calls Lukashenko a "Cockroach"

Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Georgy Tykhyi has harshly responded to a recent statement by Alexander Lukashenko, calling the Belarusian leader a "cockroach." This attack was a response to Lukashenko's words, who had previously described Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky as a "nit." The conflict in the rhetoric between the two countries has reached a new level, highlighting the deep crisis in relations between Minsk and Kiev. Commenting on the situation, Georgy Tykhyi stressed that Ukraine does not intend to stoop to the level of insults, but is forced to respond to aggressive statements from the Belarusian leadership.

"Insults against the head of the Ukrainian state are unacceptable, especially from an accomplice in the crime of aggression against Ukraine. In addition, moving into the field of entomology will definitely not do the cockroach any good," - wrote Tikhiy.

The Belarusian side has not yet officially commented on the statement of the official representative of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, but Kyiv itself does not consider Lukashenko a legitimate president since 2020.
