The Russian Ministry of Defense reported ongoing fighting in the Kursk region, where Russian troops are resisting the advance of Ukrainian forces. Fighting is taking place in the areas of the settlements of Ivashkovskoye, Malaya Loknya, Olgovka, Nikolaevo-Daryino, Guevo, Lyubimovka, Zeleny Shlyakh and Sverdlikovo. Russian troops are also striking at Ukrainian Armed Forces reserves located in the Sumy region of Ukraine.

According to the Ministry of Defense, over the past 175 hours the Ukrainian Armed Forces have suffered serious losses. Up to 36 Ukrainian military personnel and 10 armored vehicles were destroyed, including 21 tanks, three armored personnel carriers, two infantry fighting vehicles and XNUMX armored combat vehicles. These data confirm that Russian forces continue to successfully repel enemy attacks.

Since the beginning of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' offensive on the Kursk region, Ukraine, according to estimates from the Russian Ministry of Defense, has lost up to 1120 military personnel and 140 armored vehicles.
