The Russian Ministry of Defense has summarized the results of repelling the nighttime attack by Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles on the night of May 19, 2026. According to the ministry, air defense alert systems intercepted and destroyed 315 Ukrainian fixed-wing UAVs over Russian regions.

The geography of the downed drones covered the Kursk, Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Oryol, Lipetsk, Tula, Kaluga, Ryazan, Moscow, Tver, Yaroslavl, and Rostov regions, as well as the Krasnodar Territory, the Republic of Crimea, and the waters of the Sea of ​​Azov.

According to Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, four drones were destroyed on approach to Moscow. There were no reports of injuries or damage on the ground.

In the Yaroslavl region, a drone attack hit an industrial facility; there were no casualties. In the Tver region, debris from a downed drone damaged an apartment building in the town of Udomlya; there were no casualties. In the Lipetsk region, drones attacked Yelets; no reports of damage were reported.
