Russian Defense Ministry: Syrian Buk-M2E and Pantsir-S shot down 22 Israeli missiles - no destruction or casualties

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported on the success of the use of Syrian air defenses during the Israeli raid.

Israel's night raid on Syrian territory turned out to be extremely ineffective, even despite the fact that it was very unexpected, and Israeli fighters were covered by civilian aircraft, thereby preventing the Syrian air defense from attacking and repelling strikes. As follows from the report of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, last night the Syrian air defense systems "Buk-M2E" and the air defense missile systems "Pantsir-S" successfully shot down 22 Israeli missiles. At the same time, at least two more missiles were able to pass by air defense systems, but thanks to the use of electronic suppression, they were never able to hit their targets. At the same time, there is no destruction, damage or casualties among the SAA servicemen.

“The Syrian air defense forces from the Russian-made Buk-M2E and Pantsir-S complexes destroyed 22 missiles fired by Israel on the territory of the SAR,” the RF Ministry of Defense reports. There are no losses among the Syrian military personnel and destruction of infrastructure as a result of Israeli missile strikes in Syria ", - says "RIA Novosti" about it.

Earlier it was reported that the Israeli Air Force carried out a powerful attack, firing 24 "stealth" missiles on Syrian territory, however, obviously, not without help from Russia. All of them were successfully detected and at least 22 were shot down.

Earlier, Israeli media published video footage showing an allegedly successful hit by an Israeli missile on an object of the CAA or Iran, however, it turned out that the missile never hit the target, falling on a vacant lot.

Something is wrong here. In the Israeli media it is written that 4 Hezbollah militants were killed.
