Russian troops successfully repelled an attempted landing by Ukrainian special forces near Krasnoarmeysk in the Donetsk People's Republic, killing all 11 paratroopers, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported.

A special operations group from the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine was delivered by helicopter. UH-60 Black Hawk into the combat zone.

"All 11 people who landed from the helicopter were killed," — the Ministry of Defense clarified.

The operation to suppress the landing was carried out by FPV drone crews, which prevented the Ukrainian forces from breaking out of the encirclement.

These events are taking place amid escalating tensions in the Pokrovsk sector, where Russian units continue their offensive. There has been no official comment from the Ukrainian side yet.
