Huge columns of military equipment, including armored vehicles, trucks, etc., were seen moving towards the Ukrainian border. Judging by the license plates of the vehicles, we are not talking about the return of the Russian military from the large-scale exercises "West-2021". At the same time, the columns of equipment, judging by the presented video frames and descriptions of web users, are many kilometers long.

At the moment, according to the Telegram-community "Hunter's Notes", the movement of a six-kilometer military column of the RF Armed Forces in the direction from Shakhty towards Rostov-on-Don is recorded, as evidenced by the corresponding video frames. According to a number of assumptions, a large group of Russian military personnel is heading towards Crimea, although there are no comments on this from the Russian defense department.

At the same time, it is reported about another large military convoy moving towards the Ukrainian border and the borders of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics (Kamensk-Shakhtinsk area). At the same time, where exactly the column of military equipment is moving from remains unknown.

It is noteworthy that a few weeks ago, unconfirmed information appeared that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are planning to conduct a powerful counterattack in the Donbass in the near future, including with the involvement of Bayraktar TB2 drones. This does not exclude the possibility that the sending of Russian troops to the area of ​​the Ukrainian border, as well as the borders of the DPR and LPR, is due to an attempt to ensure the protection of Russian territory.
