The satellite recorded the destruction on Snake Island.

Detailed satellite images of Zmeiny Island made it possible to establish that cardinal changes have taken place here over the past two days. In addition to traces of burning, serious damage was also noticed on the island. In particular, we are talking about a wind generator tower torn into two parts, which was still in good condition on June 19. At the same time, there are other traces, in particular, we are talking about traces resembling funnels, damage to a number of objects on the island, etc.

On the presented satellite images, you can compare and see that there are dramatic changes on the island. This happened after the UAF attack on the island, as reported by the Russian defense department, but the Russian side did not report any cases of fires and destruction.

According to the official data of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, at least 21 rockets, four tactical missiles were fired from the territory of Ukraine on Zmeiny Island, and the shelling was carried out using M-777 light towed howitzers located on Kubansky Island and in the area of ​​​​the village of Vilkovo, near the Ukrainian -Romanian border.

At the moment, despite the appearance in the public domain of satellite images of Snake Island, with clearly present traces of destruction, no official statements have been made.
