British reconnaissance plane found with a mobile application.

As it became known information and news agency Avia.pro, a British reconnaissance plane RC-135W Rivet close to the border of the Kaliningrad region, but was discovered by users through a mobile application. At the moment, there is evidence that the reconnaissance aircraft was trying to get information about the Russian naval base, which, however, did not find official confirmation.

On the other hand, it remains unknown fact, why the Russian military did not respond to the approach of foreign military aircraft, while it is clearly closer to the borderline and could violate the airspace.
