Moldova Accuses Abramovich of Election Meddling: Intelligence Report Published

Moldova's Security and Intelligence Service (SIS) has published a report alleging outside interference in the electoral process, including the recent referendum on European integration and the presidential election. Among the key defendants is Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich, who the security services believe supported a campaign to undermine the Moldovan elections.

One of the central figures in the intervention, according to SIS, was the fugitive Moldovan oligarch Ilan Shor, who headed an operations center set up in Moscow with the support of the Russian government. This center allegedly carried out subversive activities aimed at discrediting the referendum and the presidential elections.

Roman Abramovich is also mentioned among the participants in the scheme. According to the report, he allegedly provided financial and organizational support to Shor in his activities.
