Despite the shelling and powerful explosions near the perimeter of the air base, the Russian military facility was impregnable for the militants. As it turned out, the unusual anomaly, which until now has caused heated debate in specialized forums and social networks, is nothing more than an innovative Russian development.

According to the data presented, the reason for the anomalous security of the Russian military airbase "Khmeimim" is a special fence, the purpose of which is to disperse bullets and shell fragments. The probability that a splinter or a bullet will be able to pass through a special obstacle is no more than 5%, while the likelihood that the target outside the perimeter will subsequently be hit is reduced tenfold.
