Ukrainian forces continue active attempts to break through to Russian territory in the area of ​​the settlements of Novy Put, Vesyoloye and Medvezhye, but all attacks have been successfully repelled by Russian troops. The Ukrainian command continues to transfer new units to this section of the front, but fresh enemy forces are almost immediately destroyed by Russian artillery fire. Over the past 24 hours, six attempts to break through the border in this direction have been thwarted.

According to the Russian Defense Ministry, Ukrainian formations have suffered significant losses. As a result of the fighting, up to 60 people, three tanks, one armored personnel carrier, and five armored combat vehicles of the Ukrainian Armed Forces have been destroyed. Despite the enemy's increased activity, Russian forces are holding their positions and continuing to strike Ukrainian reserves.

In addition, in the area of ​​the settlements of Lyubimovka and Malaya Loknya, units of the North group of forces successfully repelled two counterattacks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Attacks of Ukrainian units in the direction of Viktorovka, Olgovka and Kremyanoye were also thwarted. The enemy's losses in these areas amounted to 25 personnel, an armored personnel carrier and two combat armored vehicles.
