This morning, a large traffic jam consisting mainly of fuel trucks was noticed in the Kapotnya area of ​​the Moscow Ring Road. According to the public page "On the Moscow Ring Road", the video from the scene was filmed at about 6 a.m., when a column of cars filled the section of the road leading to the Moscow Oil Refinery (OR). Users in the comments note that the traffic jam formed at night.

The reason for the accumulation of cars was an incident at the refinery that occurred on September 1. Then a fire occurred at the plant, caused by an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles. After this incident, measures were taken to strengthen security and possibly evacuate fuel from the facility, which, according to eyewitnesses, was the reason for the mass departure of fuel trucks from the plant.
