Ukrainian drone shot down in northern Crimea

An unmanned aerial vehicle was shot down in the north of Crimea.

In his message, Oleg Kryuchkov, an adviser to the head of Crimea on information policy, said that an unmanned aerial vehicle was shot down in Dzhankoy, a city in the north of Crimea. He posted this message at 03:55.

"A drone was shot down. There is damage to the glazing in several houses in the private sector," - Kryuchkov commented on the situation.

All emergency services were immediately called to the scene. In his address, Kryuchkov promised to provide additional information on this issue in the near future.

It is important to note that this is not the first time that drones have been discovered and shot down in Crimea. The troops of Ukraine have repeatedly tried to attack the Crimea with the help of such devices. For example, on the night of May 19, four unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down in the north of the republic. In addition, on May 25, six drones were detected and neutralized in different regions of Crimea - they were successfully drowned out, planted and shot down.

The Crimean authorities continue to closely monitor the situation, maintaining vigilance and striving to guarantee the safety of citizens.
